13th September 2011 Windsurfing: Ynsylas Wind Direction: W Wind Stength: 20-25 knots Surf / Sea State: Big messy surf Air Temperature: 15ºC Sea Temperature: 15ºC Weather: Sunny Max Speed: 22 (knots - unless stated otherwise) Distance Covered: 5.2 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise) Despite the fact that my ankle still hurts I just had to get out on the water. Unfortunately there was only just enough wind for my 5m sail and Big wave board, so I had a few nice blasts up and down in amongst the whitewater but the wind was gradually dropping and each run was less well powered than the one before. OK for a while, but not so good come the end. |
